Respondus LockDown Browser™ - FAQ

Using Respondus Monitor on a Mac - Webcam setup is successful but when I try to begin quiz, screen goes white and takes me back to the beginning of webcam setup. LockDown Browser tells me I am missing a necessary plug-in. Does anything need to be installed to a computer for Respondus LockDown Browser to be used for an online exam? Does LockDown Browser automatically launch when I click on the exam? I rebooted my computer while Respondus LockDown Browser was running. Now the Windows Task Manager is grayed out and can't be used. What do I do? When I start LockDown Browser a warning message states "You must close the following programs before starting the browser: [program name]." When I try to open LockDown Browser, it tells me I have to close the "Dell Dock." How do I do that? Respondus LockDown Browser appears to have froze, or I have a blank white page.
